After more than a year of iffy diagnoses, my SO is finally convinced that he *is* a diabetic based on new tests. Now comes the hard part: a big change in diet, plus regular exercise. We both know that we need to change our diets and exercise to lose some weight but knowing and doing are two different things. If you've been through this and have some good advice, I hope you'll share. Everything from meal planning, recipes and how to stay motivated. If you're diabetic, what did you learn that helped you change your old ways?
