Please help I.D.

The quality of the pictures is blurry at best. But this vocal bird was on a fruit tree and bobbing its head up and down and calling, calling. Please help I.D. I'll have several pictures to post.

Lily, what did the call sound like?

Marlton, NJ

Hi Lily, I hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of downloading your pic to my computer for cropping and zooming. I can't hold the zoom but it looks like an immature bird with a large beak maybe a woodpecker or grackle??

Maybe someone with better eyes can tell.

I'll delete it off my computer now.

Does look "woodpeckery", but that's about the end of what's possible, I fear.
