I've found some in the blooms, and some of the blooms and a lot of leaves look pretty ragged. To be fair, they aren't doing really great, I think we've had some periods of too much wetness, and they may get too much sun. Can I spray Safer soap on begonias? Should I spray in the morning so they don't stay wet too long? They all get morning sun and a couple of pots get midday sun too, so I would probably have to move them to shade if I spray in the morning?

If you spray--you need to keep them out of the sun-- or they may burn.
