Yellow leaves on Bing Cherry

I have a very large Bing Cherry tree that actually put out cherries this summer! It is all finished now, but I notice the leaves are turning really yellow and falling off. Is this normal and if not, what should I do? We were told it would not bear fruit 3 years ago when we moved in, and it hadn't until this year.
