microsoft word fouled up all word documents blank

I really fouled up this time. I had basic msm and it kept showing a new version, I finally went to it and didn't like it so I went to "add or remove" and got rid of it. Must have gotten rid of too much cause now my microsoft word when opened just says Microsoft Word at the top and nothing else including no tool bar. All word documents are blanks now. I am afraid I might have to get proffessional help. The new version of msn was called "Windows Live".
