East Texas AFS Student Exchange Program?

I was wondering if anyone has ever considered being a host family with the AFS Student Exchange Program?

I know BJ hosted a student this last year and had a wonderful time with it and is hosting another one this school year.
She's gotten me interested in it but because of everything we have going on right now with my daughters wedding
I know we can't do it so I am going to be a liaison instead and help out in support where needed.

It's a great way to get to share American life with kids from abroad so you are both sharing your cultures with each other.

I know that right now we have 6 students that are in need of host families for East Texas
If anyone is interested give BJ or I a holler and we can talk about it

And if anyone is already in it please post here too as I would like to get to know your experiences too.
