Ever since my husband was young (and I won't say how long that has been !) he has made pancakes - Hungry Jack buttermilk pancakes. His were better than any I have ever had - and it wasn't just my opinion.Any time we had company everyone requested "his" fluffy pancakes !Now we can no longer find them. I think they must not make them any more as we have looked all over the northern part of the state.
He is now looking for a homemade recipe - one that is light and fluffy, but also one that won't absorb the syrup so fast that they get soggy on you. Thanks for any help !!!
