A mole wreaked havoc in my calla bed. The cats got the mole, but some of the bloom spikes were forming seeds. Unfortunately, most of the bloom spikes with seed pods were broken off. Will these seeds ripen, or should I just toss them?

It depends on how long the seeds had been developing. I have no personal experience with Calla seed ripening, so I can only say if the berries look very full and almost ready to turn color, there may be hope. If they are still small and appear undeveloped, toss'em.
