Another Painted Lady bloom

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Still pretty but a lot of the pink is missing in this bloom. Waiting for a couple of more to open to see what surprise I have in store.

Are you sure this hib is Painted Lady, even the leave don't look like it, I think it might have been missed labeled or it might be a mutation of some sort, ether way it looks beautiful, if you get more blooms of it, please post photos of it here.

Here's a photo of "Painted Lady" Judy, but I really like yours what ever it is.

Thanks Wilfred. I think you are correct with your painted lady being the correct one. The tag in the pot looks more like yours. I think this is mislabled but it is pretty. Will post more pictures when it blooms again. Since it is a Lowe's tag I wonder if they just stick what they want in their pots. At least it was only $10. Someone put a link on this site with oodles of Hib pictures. Been trying to find it again to see if this matches some of those. After I learn more I will try to root you a cutting if you like. Thanks again for your help.

I think you got a nice plant with a beautiful bloom and it appears to be less common than a Painted Lady so good for you!

Thanks for the encouraging words guamsorbit. I agree with you. Now, I am searching to see if I can find out what my painted lady really is. Everyone is so nice & helpful on DG. The one sure thing I know about Hibs is I LOVE them. And now I'm finding out there are hundreds of different ones & I've yet to see one I didn't like or want. Thanks again.
