some butterfly (and dragonfly) ID help please

Here's a butterfly that I could use help with from central Pennsylvania

Baltimore Checkerspot, right?

Mourning Cloak., Red Spotted Purple?

Any clue on this Dragonfly?

First one looks like a Northern Pearly-eye (Enodia anthedon).

Your IDs on the others are correct.

The damsel fly looks like Smokey Rubyspot (Hetaerina titia).
