CLOSED: Maybe a Juvy Red-bellied Woodpecker?

Columbus, GA(Zone 8a)

I think this is a juvenile Red-bellied Woodpecker. Am I right?

And I haven't seen any red on the belly of the adults, how did it get its name?

Someone being a bit over-enthusiastic when naming it!

The adults do show just a faint hint of reddish on the belly, but it isn't easy to see.

There's also a golden fronted woodpecker, which looks sorta similar from the back, so maybe that was part of why it made sense to call attention to this one's red front.

I often wondered why they were called Red-bellied also. Then I got this shot.
