Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

Ok, here are the rules:

1) You must be a new member (8 months or less)

2) You must be a subscribed member (paid membership)

3) You must unscramble the word or words completely to win. partial answers are not winning answers.

4) Please do not post other scrambles in this thread. If you wish to host your own, please do so by creating a separate thread. This makes life easier on everyone participating :)

5) Have fun! After all, that's really what it's all about!

your scramble :

INDEILRBLAMYEUBWER

your first clue:

This is NOT a Latin name (Robin and I could not seem to find one) so this is the common name for this plant.

Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

just a heads up -

there is a very nasty storm moving thru my area, so if you do not see me post, it's because ive lost power... but will get back as soon as I can :)

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

Hope you get lots of nice rain! Let the scramble begin!

Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

we had a powerfully nasty one come thru late yesterday afternoon. lightening was literally striking a street away and close by for over an hour... dumped a heck of alot of rain in us in a short amount of time. Think we are about to have a repeat performance.

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

Whoa, such a perfect timing!
My guess is: Maine Wild Blueberry :)

Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

well, I'll be darned! congratulations siichan! thats exactly what it is!!! Dmail Arejay59 your info so she can get your prize off to you as soon as possible!

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

and I think we have a winner already - lol.

I guessed it right away, knowing Robin and being from Maine and all. But, since I already won in July, I can only observe from the sidelines - lol...

Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

lol.. 18 minutes... wow...

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

OMG!!! and that is the reason why my boyfriend always refused to play scrabble with me lol.
Thank you very much!!! i'm sooo excited and happy!

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

Congrats, siichan!! And welcome - you are totally a newbie I see!!

Kelly

Congrats! Siichan! There was a good recipe for blueberry muffins in the articles from Critter. Delicious. :)

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

thanks! Yeah, I just started to join this forum recently. And I have always loved how friendly the people are!

So do i have to pay postage or anything for the prize? I really have no idea how this works lol.

Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

Nope.. all you have to do is give Robin (arejay59) your mailing address so she can get your prize out to you!

and welcome to the forum :)

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

Seray, where is the article? I love blueberry, and muffin too lol. The recipe sounds great, can't wait to try. I have a good blueberry supply. I bought them from the Amish marketfarm on my way home from work. And oh my, they are inexpensive and very sweet!

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

Yup - welcome. You win and that's all you have to do. We all here are pretty nice for the most part, a little crazy too . . .

Congratulations siichan!!! That was great. You sure catch on quick. New and won, too. How about that?!? Nice to see you here. Hope you hang around. (Watch out for 1/2 of the twins on here.)LOL.

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

She would be referring to my dark sister, cue . . .

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

Whoa, don't they look delicious! I'm gonna check the kitchen if I have all the ingredients ready. Maybe I'm going to make some later :P

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

Let us know how they are. I've heard they are killer muffins.

note to self: get some blueberries . . .

Thanks Loca. Realized my mistake. We need backup on this Forum Siichan. I think I sent you the remedy for Hot Pepper burns I sent Cue yesterday. LOL Hopefully you won't need it anytime soon.

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

Haha, Mekos, I was just lucky to be here in a perfect time! Thank you very much, all.
I'm off to the kitchen now... lol

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

Too funny - I saw I was typing when you posted. Didn't even notice your link was wrong.

Now that's having someone's back!!!

We're a team here I tell ya! LOL

Hey, Don't let the postal people smell them cooking, we'll never get our seeds through. Robin is always baking them pumpkin pies and it holds up the mail everytime.

I tried the recipe and it was very good even with supermarket berries. Ate two :)

Leola, PA(Zone 6a)

It turns out I got all the ingredients. So I'm going to try the recipe now. I'll post (maybe even a picture) later tonight! :D

Monticello, KY(Zone 6b)

HI Everyone Congrats Siichan. I got on late due to a doozy of a beautiful storm. It rained so hard at one point the whole outside of my house and my outside dog DJ got a good soaking. Poor DJ gave me a pitiful look cause the whole porch was wet except right in front of the door.
I'm going to try that muffin recipe but going to substitute blackberries in it.

I'm hungry - going to supper. See ya later. :) PS Love blackberries

Palm Coast, FL(Zone 9a)

yup definitely got a good downpour here. my swail is now a small bog pond. mowed the lawn yesterday morning.. so between the rainstorms, looks like i will be mowing again tomorrow ROTFL

Ohw, those look sooooow goood! Too bad I don't like blueberries. I'm parcial to strawberry and banana nut muffins and lemon or orange or pinapple. Man, I can almost smell them. Now you will have a plant to grow your own. That's great. Good night everyone. Talk to "YALL", tomorrow.

Orlando, FL
