Silver memories

I have a question about Silver Memories, does it grow on it's own roots or does it have to be grafted?

The ones I have bought have all been grafted. I overheard a converstation with charles black about it and he said that it was a difficult cv for him to propagate. I'm sure robert or someone else here might know more about it

I don't know. I've had my lone Silver Memories for just over two years now and its grafted. It's about 5 feet tall and about 4-5 feet wide and very full. An excellent grower.

Thanks, for your comments. Ours grows good also and it is grafted, I was just asking because everywhere I see it listed it says it is grafted so out of curosity I was just wondering if anyone knew if it would grow on it's own roots.
