Anyone using a Vitamix? I've wanted one for a long time but didn't want to spring for the price. Good thing I didn't; my OH found one in a thrift store for $9.99! And it works perfectly. Now I want to make something - but what? My initial interest was sparked by a demo where the guy made hot Thai soup. It was delicious but who wants hot soup in July? Got any recipes?
