Anybody recognize this tiny cat on my Cypress Vine flower?

Looks like a variety of army worm. Not good.

Not much of an army...all by himself. Maybe he deserted?

Gardenpom,

ROFL! :)
Hmmmm....but there is an army of my cats I need to have ID'd...
All the tops of our subrotunda and Purple Majesty Salvia plants have been chewed...nearly 1 1/2 ft off the tops!

Funny Gardenpom :o)

Susan - you might have wooly bears - they are nuisances and eat anything and everything. Another culprit could be a weevil of sorts. I've found some weevil looking bugs eating a variety of plants in my yard from chalice vine and cestrum to my yellow butterfly vine. Bad bugs!!!
