Nice Pics! That's a Question Mark :)
Notice in your 2nd pic that it has a white "comma mark" AND a white "sorta" dot next to it? That is what makes the "question mark"...so to speak, hence it's name. The Eastern Comma butterfly doesn't have the "dot" next to the "comma" on it's wings...
We're still waiting to see a Comma here in Nebraska...that would be awesome!

I agree it does look like the QM I see. Here is a good side by side comparison site. But sometimes even it doesn't help us amatures.;-)

One other thing BigRed, if you want a closer look at the bfs of the bushfoot group in your area, try the butterfly bait. There is a receipe in the "sticky" thread at the top of this forum.
