Progress (i think)

We have a place up in the mountains by a lake. There is a small garden around a patio that had some siberian irises, orange daylilies, and foxglove. I decided to start making it into my own garden this spring. Here's a picture of the garden with my new plantings on May 9th.

Here's what I planted:

2 Leucanthemum "Silver Princess"
1 Phlox "David" (from Chalfont garden)
3 Phlox "Blue Paradise"
1 Monarda "Grand Marshall"
a few Delphinium "Connecticut Yankee" seedlings from winter sowing
a few Lupine seedlings from winter sowing
3 Echinacea "Prairy Splendor" seedlings from winter sowing.
3 obediant plants "summer snow" (birthday gift from my sister)
1 lavender "munstead" (birthday gift from my sister)
1 early blooming phlox - a deep burgundy (birthday gift from my sister)
1 Salvia Marcus 'Haeumanare'

Same birdbath on July 10th (I transplanted some of the digitalis grandiflora that was growing on a path near this garden to around the bird bath. I still want to add some Lobelia cardinalis, Lady's Mantle, and campanula to this bird bath area in the fall).
