Need help choosing how to clean this....

When my house flooded during hurricane Gustov we had to redo our house. My husband tore everything out but the studs. Almost through with the house except some trim work. He works away from home so he works on it when he comes home for a week end. My problem is all of this ceramic tile we had put in.The color is rusty with beige and light charcoal in it. IT SHOWS EVERYTHING... When I mop I can see smears. That drives me crazy... I need some type of cleaner to mop with, plus a mop or floor device to clean this tile with. It takes me forever to try to clean it with a SPONGE mop... Any suggestions?
