Question

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

This plumeria has some different looking leaves. I am pretty new to plumeria's but have never seen leaves like this. Is this a sucker that I should remove? I've got 3 different photos for you to look at.

Another shot of the stalk (?) coming from the soil. Notice that there are 2 stalks, one with normal looking plumeria leaves and this one with the questionable leaves.

Wow those leaves look like Pointsetias leaves {i think i spelled it right }

I was going to say the same thing. I think you might have a wild poinsettia coming up there. That does not look like a plumeria to me.

How funny, wonder how that happened! I knew I'd seen a leaf like that somewhere!!!!
Very strange!

Well, you could also have a very rare Plumsettia there ;-))

The wild Poinsettias come up here all the time. Clearly a seed was in the soil.
Why not separate them out and plant the Pointsettia separately?

You are as bad as me sticking other stuff in the pots and forgetting about it :)
