Help! I am new to vegetable growing, and thought I had some beautiful cucumbers growing, but apparently I was wrong. What I thought would turn into cucumbers just shriveled up and died. Did I do something wrong? Not do something I should have?

Problem with cucumbers
It sounds like it could be a pollination problem. Cucumbers have male and female blossoms. If the female blossoms don't get good pollination the "baby" cucumbers will shrivel up and die. If this a possibility you can take a q-tip or small make up brush and pollunate them yourself.
