Originally, I though this was simply a very common Orange-crowned Warbler. After examining the poor quality photo, I now suspect it is a Tennessee Warbler, which would be an uncommon sighting. The photo was taken 7/7/2009, in alpine tundra, about 50 miles east of Denali National Park, Mt. McKinley, Alaska. The area is on the extreme out limits for Tennessee Warblers. However, another Tennessee Warbler was reported about 80 miles to the northeast of this location last week last week.
Thanks in advance,
Gary
