How irritating!!!!

Is anyone totally irritated with that ad box for Barn Light Electric at the top of the page? Every time I change pages it opens, even if I dont put my cursor near it. What a pain....is there any way to stop that thing?

I am with you on this one. It's driving me crazy. I wish Admin would get rid of it or at least make it to where it will not expand.

Click on the "my info" tab up top there. Scroll down to "preferences" in the list on the right, click on "ads" turn them off by making sure there is not a check mark in the box.

Oh my word, I can breathe again!! I was getting to where I didnt want to even come to Daves anymore without gritting my teeth about that ad expanding again.

To all of Dave's Garden Subscribers,

After receiving 2 emails via my website Barn Light Electric, complaining about the intrusive advertising, I decided to come on over and see how our ad was impacting subscribers here on Dave's Garden. I agree that the continuous drop down of the ad is intrusive and am working on trying to resolve this. Although we do pay for advertising, we don't design ads to interfere with a site's functionality. I apologize for the aggravation this is causing and want all of Dave's Garden subscribers to know that I am committed to resolve this so you can enjoy this site.
