Three of our 20+ eggplants are looking poorly. I've examined each and find no pests.
Can anyone suggest what the problem could be based on the appearance of the plants?
I've attached a photo of one of the plants.

could they be getting too much water??
I'm thinking that since they are all getting the same water and only these three are sickly, it is something more specific to the individual plant. The sickly ones are surrounded by healthy ones.
We have hardly any flea beetles this year and I thought we'd get in an eggplant growing season without problems. Not to be.

If you have other healthy plants near, I would suggest pulling, and discarding this one
