All Smith & Hawken stores are being closed by their corporate parent (Scotts-MiracleGro). Starting today the stores are liquidating their contents. The University Village store in Seattle has 20%-30% off on everything. If anyone needs a teak bench, fancy umbrella, decorative pots or other garden gew-gaws -- you might want to high-tail it in while the selection is good. I got two really big terra cotta pots that I'd had my eye on for a while -- at a significant savings today.

Dang. I wish there was one down here. Not worth driving all the way to Seattle for. :-/
There is also a store in NW Portland. I don't know what their sale situation is. Probably the same as the Seattle store. Sadly they have already shut down web orders.
