This is my first blooming Russian AV and the picture does not do it justice. Actually the photographer does not do it justice but maybe one day I will get good at it. It is this gorgeous raspberry color with a heavy speckling of this fuschia/purple color and the flowers are huge. Really neat:)
Someone needs to teach me how to do closeups of the flowers though!

I think the great thing about AVs is that there always seems to be one in bloom! It will be so nice to have something blooming year round, especially in the winter when it seems like nothing is green or blooming:)
