Are White Seeds Fertile

I removed the cork from my seeds but some of them are white. Are they fertile?

White seeds are usually fertile if planted immediately after harvesting, before they dry out.

I did NOT remove the cord when I planted my seeds in years past. They germinated without problem as so long them soil were kept moist and warm temp.
