Very pretty. Everyone here posts the most beautiful pics of their plants. I vote that you all should make a photo book of plants and sell it. Gail and everyone else is included. No, no, no, I don't need any royalty pay for thinking of this...just every now and then a start from this one or that one to feed my addiction. LOL!

Sally, I just downloaded Photoshop Elements 6 and now need to learn to use it! We all love your pretty african violets and the 'trimmings' of the frames, etc.
Aspenjocop, what they should do is make a calender. Easy to do and that I would buy, everyone needs a calender.
The national organization AVSA makes one every year. We are 50 years too late (LOL)
not to say you couldn't make your OWN calender as a group. They aren;t all that expensive to make, and I would be willing to buy one...I think it would have more sentimental/personal value containing photos from the forum members than one from the AVSA . None of my photos are calender quality, but alot of the ones I have seen posted by the members of this forum are.
You know what would be fun to do..............I am not an organized person but if someone else wanted to do it, I know of a great project.
My friend from Houston was here this past week and brought an actual book quality book her kids put together and had published for her birthday. The whole book was made of family photos, etc. It was very professional looking and I want to look into how her daughter in law had it made. She said it was very simple. You just send in the pictures you want published and they get it back in the mail to you within a week. It looks like a coffee table art book...........
I need to ask her how much it was and where to go online to get one made...........
We could all contribute our best photos of all kinds of gesneriads...............

i had a video, my kids made for me, the most touching thing i have ever seen, i sat with a hugh lump in my throat the whole time it played, was beautiful.
