Very interesting. I'm always a little skeptical when I hear reports of birds this far out of their range, but they got the pics. Beautiful little birds.
Yes it is only the second time they have been spotted on the East (last time in Louisiana), there even rare in Texas when seen is in El Paso.
That is a rare sighting. In addition, a Roseate Spoonbill is being seen at the Maryland-Delaware line for several days.
That is so exciting....I believe that the way the climate and seasons are changing that just about anything is possible. Who knows what one might see!
