CLOSED: Need help id'g this bird

Here it is...did some. I have 2 pics and I think they are the same birds. All I know is they were constantly fighting or just playing chase with each other.

Okay, let this novice take a crack at this on.

I'm thinking it is either a female Scarlet Tanager or a Summer Tanager

To me it looks more like a female Scarlet Tanager, though.
