Do they call this one red heart or red eye?

hmmm...not sure, but I can't believe yours is blooming in zone 6 & mine haven't opened yet. How old would you say that plant is?

I planted about 20 yrs ago!
My purples in the back yard are open also,maybe 10 yrs on that one.

20 yrs...well maybe that's why, all mine are only 2 yrs or less. Hope you show pics of the purple ones when you get a chance, I think the picture of Red Eye is beautiful.

Thanks,I really like the leaves better on this plant than the whites ones,my sis has lots of doubles in her yard,I don't there as pretty,and a lot smaller flower,but she doesn't have the seedlings all over her yard like I do!!
