Can someone tell me how to find out what happened to my USB port that I use to upload photos to my computer?
I was having a problem with my printer and contacted HP and they walked me through a few steps regarding my USB ports. Ever since I followed their advice (printer still not working, btw) the USB port that I use for my camera, no longer works.
I was told that if I turned off the computer then turned it on again, the computer would search for the drivers for the USB ports and I should have no problems.
Can someone help?
