This is a bad photo but hopefully good enough for an ID. You can kind of see the bird...with a little imagination. I don't think its my Orioles...maybe a swallow of some sort? The nest is like a bag, attached to the end of a branch way up in the tree. Any ideas?

I just googled Oriole nests and it looks like it might be them...sure doesn't look very secure if you ask me...
Yes, the woven, suspended nest is typical of orioles... and there's an oriole in your picture. The nest is not made of mud, though.
Yep, oriole, probably Baltimore Oriole from the colour that one can see.
