My corn's silk is turning brown, and it appears they are ready to be picked now. I have okra blooming and cutting them as they get big enough, my onions are almost done and it seems like my cukes are slowing down on the amount of cukes they are putting out. So; here are my questions, after I cut off all the ears of corn on the stalks is the corn done producing corn? Should I then, empty out the HEBs? Same with the onions I know. Now, what about the cukes? Should I wait til they quit producing entirely before retiring the HEBs they are in?

Questions on my garden
Yes. Corn is a one shot harvest.
Qinx: This heat is terrible, so will be glad to have one or two less boxes and veggies to watch actually. The bugs are all a coming in too.
