Ohhh this is something that is definitely a great thing to do! I raised 2 plumeria seedlings from seeds of the same seed pod to bloom and got two very different plants! One came out yellow with a pink edge, I named it 'Vampire Moon' and the other came out a deep rose pink, bordering on red, I named it 'Vampire Blood'. Its so suspenseful waiting to see what you are going to get, I could hardly stand it!

How long does it take from seed to flowering plant?

It can take 2-3 years but its worth it

I would love to have some of these (or even all of them if no one else wants any) but I don't have anything on your list. What perennials I have won't be ready for digging up until this fall except for hosta which I can send you a picture of since I don't know what they are or TB purple irises and intermediate TB yellow with bronze irises that I have no idea what are since they were my MIL's have picture of these and just dug up. For fall digging (about Sept) I have orange lilys that have been growing in this area for over 30 years that I know of but don't know what are can show you a picture of them. Yucca has white blooms. Let me know if any of these interest you. Margaret
