Can No longer post pictures

My computer has been kicking me off the internet for the past few days, until today, no problems. Since that time I can't copy & paste. On DG I can't post pictures. If I wanted to start a new topic, I can no longer add pictures because the browser button doesn't appear.
Thanks in advance for any help. I can live with the copy & paste but enjoy posting pictures.
