printing the list of photo names from a folder in Documents

SCREAM!!!!! I just compiled a folder of plants that I have for trade. It is in documents. I selected the list so that I could copy and paste this info to email. BUT It wouldn't let me cut and paste the list. When I tried to print the list, nope--it would only print the pictures. Do you how I can do this without typing the very long list for emailing?????
