Would like to exchange or buy named varieties of sempervivums or jovibarbas within Canada. The Agriculture Canada regulations require a phytosanitary certificate for international trades of even one plant. This makes importing small amounts cumbersome and prohibitive. I understand the phyto will also become mandatory for plants and seed imported into the U.S. also , in January 2002. John
hens and chicks - sempervivums and jovibarbas trade in Canada
Hello Cyclamen,
I have over 600 cultivars and species of semps, jovis, rosularias and orostachys. Most are C$2.50 each plus mail costs. I am still looking for a few more to complete the collection, plus some of the slower growing types to satisfy requests. Our catalogue is on the 'to do' list at the end of the growing season here in Southern Ontario.
Please advise names of those you would like to acquire if interested. Leedsfan

Hi John,
Maybe I'm getting confused how some aspects of the forums work, but your penultimate one of Sep 19 timed at 5.14 am
simply displays "this message was edited Weds Sep 19 @ 5.19"
No sign of your partial list. My email address is semps@cgocable.net This may be more convenient than using the forums. Jack
Jack, I am probably the one confused. I sent my list to your address listed on your post in June on the succulents forum . It was a fairly extensive list. I'm not good at typing, and will send it to the address you've provided. I'm new to these computers, sorry for the confusion. Thanks for bearing with me. Regards John
