I'm not sure if I should post here or in the Garden pest and disease section. Forgive me if I am in the wrong room.
Something is eating my leaves. I thought it was slugs so I set out slug bait.
Any suggestions?

If it's not slugs or snails, you probably have caterpillars. They make that kind of damage. Turn the leaves over. They normally hide on the underside. Unless you have a great infestation, picking them off and crushing the nasty little buggers is the most environmentally friendly thing to do. It is surprising how much damage just one caterpillar can do in a very short time. Grasshoppers start on the edge and work their way toward the middle.
Ok, I'll put my reading glasses on. My bifocals are not picking the little bugger up. Last year wasn't as bad. Must be the extra rain and new mulch. Thanks!
