thanks P07, I thought so to which is why I posted it. I was surprised it turned out so well :-) I'm waiting anxiously for my fav one to bloom. It's very ready. I have 5 blooms open today on Monika Fischer and 3 on Blue Eyed Susan.
That is beautiful! I notice the stigmas are upright instead of pointing down and I like the spotted coloration on the reproductive parts as well.
With the stigmas pointing up, I'm wondering if it's insect specific for pollination.

X, it had just opened. Everything folded down shortly after.
Ahhh .. I'll have to get up earlier and check mine tomorrow.

I actually took a whole bunch of that flower as it was opening and a few of Blue Eyed Susan. I posted my favorite, but here is the album that I'll add to this year as more open if anyone is interested.
