Too much sun? Southern exposure. 90's here on FL... It's only on the one leaf right now... new plant, repotted early last week from established roots....
Why the brown leaf?
just looks like the leaf if withering away. that happens to the lower leaves...
The plant must have gotten a little too dry at some point.
