you are way ahead of me, girl!!!

do you have winter honeysuckle in your standing room only yard, Chantell?

Middle of, VA(Zone 7a)

LOL Dabney re "standing room only yard" - that is too funny!! Truth be known I ordered some on Ebay. Sadly they didn't take - so now I have none....*moment of silence* And now I'm wondering about the pretty you sent me...I think maybe all this rain did it in - even with my adding stuff to the soil (grit etc) - I'm not seeing any signs of life...ok now, I'm depressed.... ^_^

plants come and go....hard, but hopeful at the same time. This way we get to try 0 so many things! Someday we can try agin on the buffalo current.

What a great way to look at it...you're right of course.

Chantell, I have two winter honeysucle, if you like. Mike

BTW, they are hardy, how did you kill them?

Middle of, VA(Zone 7a)

Ahhh Mike - you rock!!! I'd love one if you have an extra. I'm not sure what I did...the ones I rec'd really didn't have a good root ball - to my defense....they looked like sm suckers that had been yanked from the ground. Maybe all this rain was TOO much for them???? I don't know....
I'm heading out on vacation tomorrow - so maybe we can touch base when I get back.

That will work. Mike

This rain is not being kind to a lot of plants. Let's shift the blame, Chantell! I have some as well but I think I will wait untill I move before offering anything else...this summer will be way too disjointed for me to take cuttings, etc. Then we'll try the buffalo current again.

Mercy thank you for saving my pride Dabney. As I rule, IF it's rooted, more plants live then die on me...whew!!! AND I've had many that I've thought were lost only to realized they needed some time to acclimate so...I keep checking on them with fingers crossed.
