problems with my sour cherry tree, can you help

any cherry growers on Dave's garden?
This is the second year in a row that my cherry tree has spots and then get black and rot off the tree.
I don't know what it is or what to do about it. Can you help?

You've got weevils in your fruit. Those D-shaped scars in the bottom photo are from some kind of curculio - plum or cherry, most likely.
