At the UCB Botanical Garden, their Cleistocactus fieldianus and Corryocactus pulquiensis are right next to each other and actually overlap!

Here are pics I took this past January:
Photo 1 is the nice clear patch of Cleistocactus fieldianus with sign.
Photo 2 is the sign for Corryocactus pulquiensis with both Corryocactus (the thinner, sparesly spined plant with fewer areoles) and Cleistocactus.
Photo 3 is a pic of the patch with BOTH signs and BOTH plants showing their proximity! The Corryocactus are easily distinguishable in this photo (they are the taller, skinnier plants).
