Good morning Ladies I woke to another day of rain. The plumber is coming to replace my throne , the Kitchen sink and the dishwasher. Maybe we can cook some real food now. I am tired of take out and meager meals. Maybe I should get a nice roast and salt and pepper it, lightly brown it and put it in the slow cooker with red and yellow potatoes, some carrots, a few sweet parsnips and a couple big sweet white onions quartered and spread out on top. Finish it off with a head of crushed garlic. Steam some broccoli and cauliflower florets and that pretty much covers it.
