I took the photo right before I had to cut the plants back to just a few sticks because there was a huge wind in the forcast. That was quite late of the season, probably mid or late October. The beautiberry is so pretty. If the berries add color to the winter landscape, that's even better! You can plant a gold leaf Euonymus behind it as a backdrop for the purple berries. |
