Bariolo, looks like leafcutter bees.. I had them doing the same thing here last year, but no sign of them this year. I learned that they use the circles to line their nests so I feel good knowing it's for a good purpose! Here's a neat pic from google, he's flying the rolled up leaf circle presumably to his nest! Love it :)
