Also, because I dont want to freeze a large amount in one container Im thinking of trying to put fruit in syrup and pour into either ice cube trays or mini muffin tins. Once they freeze I'll put them into freezer bags. Has anyone done this?? Anyone have any other other ideas for freezing small amounts? I have quite a few more cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon that will be ready to pick. It would be nice to be able to freeze some to enjoy later. Thanks for any replies.
