Insect and Spider Identification: Swarm of small flies around my Hoya flowers, 1 by lamerto

What kind of insect is this? I don't think these are fungus gnats, although they are about the same size. I took a picture with a macro lens and a reference one with them on the flower. They are less than about 1mm in size!
