Wind, that plant of yours looks like a Sea Holly.

Here are a few from my garden.

1. Flowering Maple from Muddy (thank you!). Blooming non-stop. Must find out how to propagate it.
2. The only delphinium that I didn't kill. Don't remember the variety without checking my notes.
3. Brug 'Dr Seuss'
4. Brug 'Xenia'
5. Calla Lily 'Picasso'
