Here is a picture of my project this spring. The flower bed on the right use to go all the way straight back with a space between the bed going on an angle. I started last fall deciding how I want them to meet up and put a bath in between.
This it so far. I started with hauling all the red blocks over and getting my edge and entry to the walkway done. I transplanted some plants, moved some day lillies to there, added a few small shrubs.I put down my weed cloth for the path, gathered old pieces of small granite stone to add to the end of my path,because I did not want it to just end. and added the stone in the path ( which I thought were brown, but are blue) Then I have put down all the mulch this old sore body can do. Now just to wait for everything to finish filling in and blooming. The clems on that trellis is really going to set it off.
